Maybe it's a lack of experience for such 'game of your life'. It's not a secret that in our national tournament sometimes resulta are known far before the games... It's a pity and it's a problem.
 
hmmm...mysterious...i remember the game vs. england in moscow and saw few player who would have the power and qualitiy to play a bigger role in european football...the guy who scored twice vs. england is a very interessant player - i forgot his name, but i think he is member of the spartak team...is titov on charge, yet?

his name is Pavljuchenko. He's playing for Spartak Moscow (the club I'm a fan of for 25 years already). This was his tremendous game vs.England. But take a look at him in Israel. It was DIFFERENT player. This is the problem - instability. I think we can have high selfmotivation when we are playing against stronger team and we don't when we are the 'favorite'. I really would appreciate if we will draw in group with Netherlands Italy and Germany on Euro-08. Then we can play really good. That's a 'misterious russian soul' Confused

you´re right pavljuchenko...instability is a problem - especially for young player - but i am confident that Hiddink will create a respectable squad for EURO 2008...he´ll base your team on a tough and great defense...he has the experience to lead such teams....believe - russia will come back and they will change the "russian" soul (like you wrote)...

Don t you think that you have a similar problem as England having too much foreign players in your domestig league,which unable your players to become stars in your teams and in other european teams.
Similar to England there are no many Russian players playing aroun the Europe?I know for that guy playing for Sporting,few players in Germany and Keržakov -Sevilla?I guess that s the problem??

the quotation of foreign players has the other side too.
Russian passport became a 'pass' to the team, and rusiian more-or-less players are stopping to improve. They know FOR SURE that they will play because of that quotation. This is like a coin which has 2 opposite sides. You never know which side is correct.
