You accept tickets in other ticket categories and will pay the corresponding amount in case your request is upgraded or downgraded.
If you wish to amend or cancel your application, it is possible to do so from your ticketing account until 12 December 2023, 14:00 CET.
In the likely event that the demand exceeds the number of available tickets, all valid and correct applications will go into a random draw.
If you are a successful applicant following the lottery, you will be notified by email with payment instructions by 31 January 2024 at the latest. Please check your e-mails regularly; you will only have a limited amount of time to pay for your tickets. Tickets can be paid for by Alipay+, Credit or Debit card.
If you have not received the result of your application by 31 January 2024 please check your spam/junk folder in your mailbox or alternatively you can log into your ticketing account to view the status of your application at euro2024-fans.tickets.uefa.com.
