"One day after the release of TJ Houshmandzadeh, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that the Seahawks are expected to release fullback Owen Schmitt, defensive tackle Kevin Vickerson, safety Jordan Babineax and running back Julius Jones by Tuesday. If Jones is not waived before Tuesday, his contract will be guaranteed. Although these moves have not been confirmed by the Seahawks, they are believed to be imminent.
Other reported, but not official moves include the additions of fullback Michael Robinson and defensive tackle Junior Siavii to the 53 man roster and two players added to the practice squad, QB Zac Robinson and cornerback Ross Weaver.
The Seahawks did make some official moves on Sunday however, offensive linemen Steve Vallos and Mansfield Wrotto and safety Kevin Ellison were released.
