Mislim da sam na ovom forumu jedan od največih zagovarača ove repke, jer kad se sjetim šta su sve pisali protiv repke u 8 mjesecu, a danas se prave vizionari uh...
Prije skoro točno godinu dana napisah nešto tipa:
Vujčić= vođa i KC br 1. u europi
Giriček= šuter kojm treba smiriti ego
Bagarić= nezamjenjiv, jedini pravi odbrambeni centar (nešto kao Stojko nekad i bez toga se jednostavno nemože)
Banić+Žižić0=vrlo dobar Back up, njima bih dodao Nicevića kojega nisam tada spominjao
Ukić+Tomas= svjetski talenti ( jedini u našoj repki), igrači oko kojih se mora graditi repka po cijenu i turneja po kini i izgubljenih utakmica, a znate što moje kolege skauti kažu o njima dvojici( mada neki ovdje još su čoravi pa rezultat tima porede sa njihovim igrama, smiješno i žalosno)
depends on what teams are there to make the choice , what´s the "philosophy" they want to *** in ? What are the plans for near and far future ? Do you seek a solid backup or a future starter ? Right now he´s pretty much in the "2nd row" of PGs behind Paul, Felton, Jack. I don´t see him getting ***ed in front of any of those 3. Not nescesserily will all 3 become better players, but they ARE in front of him for the draft (and here not nescesserily , but possibly/propably/however , in ability but just as a relative fact ) if nothing really serious happens.
So i doubt he´ll be taken any higher than 10th (were all of the 3 named should be gone at the latest ) and from that on it depends a lot on what team ***s when. It´s really nearly impossible imo to say when a player will be drafted at this time , you can just rank the players ( with taking into account depth at the position ) and assume a certain range .And right now i´d say the range for Ukic is really anywhere from 10 (potential that i at least see ) to like 20-25 (what if no team between 10 and here wants to draft a PG ? Or : Doesn´t want an International PG ) .
And the "PG-Class" may be a good one, but still many teams will think themselves : Why draft a "maybe-good" PG over a "maybe-good" Big Man ? Or better : I guess, that nearly every team will ask that once Paul, Jack, Felton (the great and proven College guys ) are gone.

But Ukic is certainly a great talent, really fun player to watch from what i´ve seen so far (which isn´t all that much unfortunately ) and pretty far developed for his age, certainly ale to play right away in the right environment (though i´d think that another season in Europe definitely wouldn´t hurt him )
Last 3 games(Split win 2): Ukic 27.5ppg 9apg 65% from field. Roko was MVP of last two Goodyear league rounds. He is third scorer(17.5) of league and 1st in asissts(4.6)

He''s already a good basketball player at his young age. Has good size, long arms and quick feet. He''s a good shooter, with a nice jump shot, which he can shoot either static or off the dribble. He can also put the ball on the floor. He has very good ball control, dribbles really well and causes lots of problems for the man defending him. His leaping abilities are quite good, he can dunk the ball in an attractive way, but he uses his dunks mainly on fast breaks. He''s usually the first to run from one end of the court to the other in transition. His rebounding is excellent for an outside player, especially his offensive rebounding timing which is very good. His perimeter defense is OK, he has good footwork, but his defense in the passing lanes is what makes him a potentially very good defender, he anticipates opponent''s passes well. He rarely causes turnovers, is very concentrated during the game and is a great teammate. He is a very gutsy player who doesn''t give up.

When the Jazz gave a four-year, $16 million contract to the 27-year-old Croatian last summer, it was assumed he''d been designated the team''s starting shooting guard, a key to their rebuilding project.
But his minutes have varied drastically this season, along with his production.
He started all 15 games in November, then he started just one of 15 games in December. He started 14 of 15 January games, but he hasn''t started since Feb. 1 - a string of 14 games.
He also hasn''t scored in double figures since Feb. 1, when he totaled 21 in a loss at home to the lowly Bobcats.
Jazz coach Jerry Sloan has said many times it shouldn''t matter who starts, that guys are paid to play regardless of when they enter a game. Besides, what''s more important is who finishes - which Giricek rarely does, at least in close games.
In Tuesday''s loss to the Pacers at the Delta Center, Giricek had his best game since mid-February. He''d scored eight points, including a couple timely shots, as the Jazz rallied to overcome a 10-point deficit late in the third quarter. When he came out for Matt Harpring with 6:23 left in the game, Giricek appeared noticeably upset.
Sloan noticed, too.
"It seemed like he was frustrated last night when I took him out of the game," Sloan said at Wednesday''s practice. "I don''t have a problem with that. I''d hope he''d want to be out there."
Asked how things were going for him this season, Giricek was reluctant to discuss personal issues.
"I did everything that I could," he said. "I don''t like talking about individual things."
Giricek is only a third-year player, but at 27 he''s been around some, and he seems to understand that popping off only causes problems.
"I can''t say anything," he said. "Whatever I say brings only damage." Then he smiled and added, "Maybe you know better than I do."
As for a suggestion that he might have been frustrated Tuesday, he smiled again and said, "No, I wasn''t frustrated."
Does that mean he''s an even-tempered kind of player?
"I have big level of tolerance, but sometimes everybody gets mad," he said. "We''re humans, right?"
Giricek likely is reluctant to talk for fear of reprisal from Sloan, but the Jazz coach says he wouldn''t have a problem with the player expressing himself.
"He''s got to say what he feels," Sloan said. "It''s his prerogative to say what he wants."
What Sloan said he''d like to see more from Giricek, though, is not talk but execution.
"He can get shots off," Sloan said. "His biggest problem is he doesn''t really understand what we''re doing at times."
Jazz assistant coach Gordon Chiesa explained: "What Jerry means by that is the ability to stay mentally with the execution-part of the play. That''s very common."
Chiesa said some players - and Giricek is among them - have a tendency to stay with the system for only so long, then they want to start freelancing. "They have to learn to stay with the play for that extra pass or two," he said.
But an even bigger factor, Chiesa said, is that Giricek is caught between the reality that teammate Raja Bell has played well and the coaches'' need to see the rookie Snyder in game action.
And he emphasized that Giricek hasn''t been a disappointment.
"We envisioned him to be a scorer," Chiesa said. "Whether as a starter or off the bench, as a guy to get us going. He''s a streak shooter. That''s his game."

ne znam da li si bio na utakmici, ali dvorana je bila puna barem žuti i zeleni sektor su bili puni, dolji crveni baš nisam gledao,ali on je uvijek na euroligi popunjen. problem je to što nitko ni ne zna točan kapacitiet dvorane, čuo sam verzije od 4000 do 6000.
ovo drugo je istina kaj si reko.
ovo treće, ja opet nisam rekao, ne može se nitko nositi s duncanom u nba pa zašto bi onda trebao vujčić, ali sa velikom većinom bi mogao i to je moje mišljenje, ti imaš drugačije i to je tvoje pravo.
