Što se tiče pasivnog evo vam izvadak iz pravila:
When a tendency to passive play is recognised, the forewarning signal (hand signal no. 17) is shown. This gives the team in possession of the ball the opportunity to change its way of attacking in order to avoid losing possession. If the way of attacking does not change after the forewarning signal has been shown, the referees can whistle for passive play at any moment.
In certain situations the referees can call a free throw against the team in possession also without any prior forewarning signal, e.g. when a player intentionally refrains from trying to utilise a clear scoring chance.
Nigdje ne piše da sudac MORA oduzeti loptu ako se vrati golmanu. Piše da u određenim situacijama MOGU ali ne i da MORAJU. I ako nema promjene u načinu igre odnosno napadanju, da mogu odmah uzeti loptu.
Ako pogledate snimku suci odmah dižu pasivno, a čak i prije tog trenutka golman Zadra ide prema naprijed, dodaje loptu prema naprijed, dakle postoji namjera da se napadne gol, igrač Zadra ide na gol i puca. Ukupno trajanje napada 15 sekundi.
