Lausanne, 18 July 2013 – Due to agreements reached between the appellants and UEFA, the decisions challenged by Fenerbahçe SK and Beşiktaş JK have been stayed and will not be enforced until the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) issues its final decision in each matter.

This means that Fenerbahçe SK and Beşiktaş JK will take part in the draws of the first preliminary matches of the UEFA Champions League (Fenerbahçe) and of the UEFA Europa League (Beşiktaş). In the meantime, the arbitration procedures are continuing following an expedited calendar agreed upon by the parties and it is anticipated that hearings will take place in August with a final decision being issued before 28 August 2013 (Fenerbahçe) and 30 August 2013 (Besiktas)."

Pa ovo je za nepovjerovat... JEBEM TI UEFU! Sve je to ista bagra zajedno s tim sudom...

Ni meni UEFA nije nešto posebno draga, ali ako ćemo biti pošteni, ovo nije krivica UEFA-e. UEFA-ina drugostupanjska žalbena komisija je potvrdila suspenziju, a ovo što se sada događa je posljedica odluke CAS-a, koji nije dio UEFA-e.

Ovi su ih sad vratili u natjecanje i onda će ih možda za mjesec dana opet izbaciti. Da je se hajduk žalio na neku kaznu sportskom sudu to bi vjerojatno došlo na raspored za par godina ili nikad.
