Czechs are great at quite some things they tend to do.
They are great at switching in defense, they've got a really tall perimeter with Satoransky at 200cm on PG and can afford doing that, PnR is not as efficient against them accordingly. The recepee is post play and drive in kick out kind of game, a lot of passes out end up for a less defended shots as they tend to help a lot on defense.
They try to make it a running game, just like Croats love to and Satoransky or Pumprla aren't shy of going coast to coast, they tend to take more mid-range shots than most teams are used to. Schilb is dangerous with his typical 1 on 1 game.
The thing that will probably cost them of something more this tournament and in my opinion it already did, is the zone defense. Vs. Latvia they were really the dominate team, untill the 20 minutes of zone on which they had no answer to and collapsed. Lithuania saw that and played zone defense most of the game which got Czechs commit some To's and slowed down their pace even if they were playing better against it than vs. Latvia. By zone not only their shaky shot gets exposed but also Satoransky is prevented from playing his typical game. He has to pass more and settle for less of his PnR's and 1st step penetrations inside where he is great finishing those with his height.
Apart from Vesely Czechs also lack height inside. In case Vesely fouls out, it's a party time for Žorić.

The thing with Croatia is they're imo not all that disciplined, the thing is that after the man in defense switches Croatia won't have the desired missmatch and will have to find some other solutions to it, it could be dangerous if some players that like to take the game in their hands now and than, would get those switches as a signal they're supposed to respond with their individual effort. In group C they weren't punished a lot on the fast breaks, imo that'll happen much more often with the Czechs.
In those limited minutes Vesely will be off court they'll also likely be able to make a margin through posting up and that adds up to the point, imo Croatia should take this unless their last game vs. Georgia collapsed too many things.

If Czechs were able to attack the zone defense fast and effectively, they're in the game. If Croatia would refuse to play zone and would prefer Satoransky and Vesely to develop their strong parts as well as stuff described above, well than... their odds would be significantly smaller as Czechs were actualy only a "zone" away from going undefeated in their group as surprisingly as that might sound to people. Playing zone for prolongued periods is still a risk any way you look at it.
