 Zalgiris could tab Renaldas Seibutis - Aug 31, 2015

B.C. Zalgiris Kaunas (LKL) is close to add to their roster 30-year old Lithuanian international shooting guard Renaldas Seibutis (196-82kg-85, agency: You First) who played last time at Darussafaka Dogus Istanbul in Turkey. In 32 BSL games he recorded 11.5ppg, 2.9rpg and 2.2apg last season. He helped them to make it to the Turkish Cup Semifinals. A very spectacular season in his career as he was voted to Turkish League All-Star Game.
The previous (13-14) season Seibutis played at Lietuvos rytas. The team played in four different competitions (!!!) that year, and he had a chance to explore basketball on different levels. In 25 LKL games he averaged 10.9ppg, 2.6rpg, 3.4apg and 1.4spg in 2013-14 season. He contributed to his team winning the regular season and make it to the semifinals. Great season indeed as he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Lithuanian LKL Honorable Mention and to the All-Star Game. Seibutis also played 13 games in Euroleague where he averaged 11.4ppg, 2.5rpg, 3.2apg and 1.2spg in 2013-14 season. He also played 8 games in Eurocup where he averaged 14.8ppg, 2.3rpg, 2.8apg and 1.1spg in 2013-14 season. And finally Seibutis played 18 games in VTB Unit |
