He’s an athletic, slasher who can get most of his scores by driving to the rim, and also is an above average shooter who can make threes as well. Saddler is also a good ball handler who can get past many defenders off the dribble, and limits turnovers offensively, but will have to improve his passing skills to collect more assists.
He’s a very good rebounder for a player his size, as he’ll haul in his fair share of boards. In addition, he can get the occasional steal, but he’s more of an on-ball defender, as he doesn’t look to force many turnovers. In all, Devon Saddler is a scoring, combo guard who can garner points in a hurry, as he’ll help his team to many wins this season.
