GREECE
Pushed to the limit in their opening warm up game against Croatia, the Greeks did all they needed to convince us they deserve to be at the top of this rankings with three powerful victories since then, including a commanding 12-point win over France.

LITHUANIA
Lithuania are yet to come up against any of their likely last eight opponents at EuroBasket, but have looked comfortable in wins over Belgium and Sweden, before gaining revenge over F.Y.R of Macedonia, who knocked them out in 2011.

SPAIN
Two games and two wins for the Spaniards who are showing no signs of missing some of the key weapons of campaigns gone, with Orenga looking like running a fast offensive outfit with Rudy Fernandez at the "3" and Ricky Rubio and Jose Calderon at the back.

FRANCE
France have not been what one would consider convincing during their warm-up games, but if there is one thing we know, it is that Vincent Collet has a plan up his sleeve and there is no shortage of experimentation going on.

SLOVENIA
Following a thumping from Serbia earlier in the month, the EuroBasket 2013 host nation seem to have found their stride, convincingly knocking over Bosnia and Herzegovina, whilst digging deep against Russia.

MONTENEGRO
Granted Montenegro are 3-1 in warm-up games but two of those came against teams not qualified for EuroBasket and their loss came at the hands of Croatia - a team with mixed results in the warm-up games to date.

SERBIA
Serbia keep on winning, and if not winning, competing with merit - something that will only be further strengthened with the return of Milos Teodosic and Nemanja Nedovic, a potential back-court starting pairing for the Serbs.

TURKEY
Granted Turkey have begun winning some warm-up games, but against teams hardly in the caliber of final eight contenders. Injury clouds surround the involvement of veteran Ender Arslan, who could be a no-starter in Slovenia further weakening their credentials.

RUSSIA
Given they are not winning too many games yet, but in something of a surprise to most onlookers, they are competing strongly with arguably the most depleted roster appearing in Slovenia. Sergey Karasev is showing he can compete at this level too.

CROATIA
The past fortnight has been more fortuitous than the one previous for Croatia, with wins coming against Latvia and Montenegro. Can look to move up places in the final rankings in a fortnight should they now continue to win when they travel to a four-team tournament in Turkey, which also features Belgium and Serbia. |

ITALY
Italy has been struggling in their warm-up games, but this was always offset with the hope that star big man Andrea Bargnani was still going to return. However, now with Bargnani announcing he will not be playing the light at the end of tunnel looks frighteningly small.
