Revealed: How Tottenham got the better of Arsenal again
Last updated at 11:56am on 7th February 2008
Former Spurs hero Jurgen Klinsmann got the job but not before the
Bayern board had given serious consideration to Boro Primorac — Arsene
Wenger's Bosnian right-hand man — who was also on their shortlist.
Despite his low profile, Primorac is highly-rated on the continent and has recently turned down offers of coaching positions in France and Croatia.

I ovo je sto je neki Arsenalov navijac rekao o tome:
"Just in case you guys don't know, this is a huge development if Boro
is set to leave us. He has been with Wenger since his days at Grampus
8. He is probably more important to our coaching set-up in terms of
tactics than Pat Rice is. Rice is the dressing room guy.
Boro is the
tactical guy that sits in the stands and gives Wenger information to
make adjustments at half-time. Although he doesn't get any limelight,
make no mistake that he is extremely important to our coaching setup.
And it will be a huge loss for our club if he were ever to leave.
Worse, and this is something I'd hate to consider. But if Boro is
looking for work now, could that mean that Wengers current contract is
his last? Boro and Wenger have been together for so long now that the
only reason I could think that Boro would leave is if Wenger were to
retire."

Toliko da se vidi da je on ipak malo vazniji Arsenalu nego sto neki mislu (ili bi priznali).
