LOVELY JUBBLY ... David James starts up his three wheeler

DAVID JAMES felt a right plonker after being forced to drive home in a clapped-out Reliant Robin.

Portsmouth keeper Jamo gave his Del Boy impression yesterday after being shamed as the club’s worst trainer by his cheeky team-mates.

Pompey stars have chipped in to buy the Only Fools And Horses-style, blue three-wheeler, complete with daffodils on the dashboard.

And the player who puts in the worst performance on the training pitch has to get behind the wheel.

To add further humiliation, the Fratton Park funsters have attached a loudspeaker that plays farmyard animal noises once the engine is started up!

England star James said: “It’s just a bit of fun to improve team spirit and gives us all an added incentive to perform well in training.”

While the rest of his Pompey pals are really motoring in the sprints, Jamo is obviously just a Trotter!
