These are the words one wants to hear for a manager. No blaming referees, or  UNICEF, no hiding behind injuries or the fact Barça players have been traveling  the globe on FIFA duty while very few players from Ajax have done the same. But  Martino is right when he says that the defeat was well-timed in that “it  doesn’t do much harm” and that it allows the team to “react and revisit  what happened.”

Do not be that person sucked into an imaginary black hole of despair. This is  barely a speed bump.
