Stadtwerke Dusseldorf Winter Cup 2014 on 19 January

8 Edition of the tournament with Bayer Leverkusen, Eintracht Braunschweig and Dinamo Zagreb

Fortuna Dusseldorf will host the eighth time Stadtwerke Dusseldorf Winter Cup in January 2014. The now well-known nationwide football tournament leads to the second division in close cooperation through with his longtime sponsor and patron Stadtwerke Dusseldorf. Here, the Red-Whites will measure again with three strong teams in the ESPRIT arena - although with Dinamo Zagreb for the second time (after Standard Liege in the previous year), an international club will be represented. The kick-off for the first game takes place on Sunday 19 January 2014 at 14.00 clock. The sale starts on Thursday, 21.11.2013.

The mode

Time by 14 clock the first game kicks off. Each match lasts 45 minutes, so each team 90 minutes is used. The first two games will emerge winners and losers meet in a small final and the final against each other.

The audience can see that afternoon thus converted two complete football games of 180 minutes - Any decisions on penalties not included. This fact will then come into play when a game after the regular 45 minutes should be a draw.
