The draw for the third qualifying rounds of
the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League will take place on
Friday 17 July at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, starting at 12.00CET and
13.30 respectively.
Different paths
The 20
domestic champions in the third qualifying round of the UEFA Champions
League will be divided in equal number with ten teams seeded and ten
unseeded in accordance with the UEFA club coefficient rankings. In the
route for non-champions, the ten teams will again be divided in equal

For
the UEFA Europa League draw, the 70 teams will be divided into seven
groups of ten, with an equal number of clubs seeded and unseeded within
each group. Sides from the same association cannot be drawn against
each other. The draw ceremonies, which will both be transmitted on
uefa.com, will be conducted by UEFA competitions director Giorgio
Marchetti and Michael Heselschwerdt, head of club competitions.

representatives wishing to attend have to apply via email to
[email protected] before 12.00CET on Thursday 16 July. Due to the
number of club representatives expected for the draws, only
photographers and a restricted number of cameramen will be allowed into
the auditorium, with access granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Sound system
A
sound system will be installed for cameramen. Due to interference
problems, it is recommended that sound engineers do not use the
following frequencies while in the House of European Football: 783.875
MHz, 786.125 MHz, 782.250 MHz, 782.875 MHz, 784.625 MHz, 785.250 MHz,
792.500 MHz, 794.875 MHz.
