The total number of players seleded for all the representative teams participating in the final competition of the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™ is 736 (i.e. 32 [representative teams] x 23 [players each]). On a cumulative basis, the players will participate in the final competition ofthe 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™ for a total of approximately 24,500 days (i.e. starting two weeks before the opening match until the day following the last match of the representative team in question).

The Distribution Amount (USD 70 million gross) is divided by the total number of days (24,500), which results in a rounded amount per player per day of USD 2,800 (subjed to any taxes and dedudions). The rounded amount of USD 2,800 is multiplied by the number of days each player is at the final competition of the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™, starting two weeks before the opening match until the day following the last match of his representative team ("Total per Player"). It is not relevant whether or not the player adually plays in any given match.
