If Nick Foles doesn't return to play for the Eagles in 2014, there's a chance he'll never play for the team again. According to NJ.com, Eagles general manager Howie Roseman has "soured" on Foles and doesn't see the quarterback in the team's long-term future.
"I think Howie is looking at quarterbacks," a source told NJ.com. "He's kind of soured on Foles, and I don't think he's alone. The organization isn't sold that he's the guy going forward."
Chip Kelly's offense seems to be perfect for Foles, but Foles doesn't seem to be perfect for Kelly's offense, at least not this year. Foles had thrown 10 interceptions through eight games before breaking his collarbone against the Texans on Sunday.
Although the Eagles are 6-2 with Foles this year, no one in the front office has been particularly impressed with the quarterback's 2014 season and the team had no plans to extend his contract beyond next season, when it's set to expire.
mislim da je zapravo ovaj tekstić najbolje objašnjenje zašto su Patsi i Eaglesi to što jesu.
