12.4. After 18 rounds played, first-placed team takes first place in Final Tournament - Final Four. After 18 rounds played, secondplaced team takes second place in Final Tournament - Final Four. For the third and fourth place at the Final Tournament - Final Four will be played play off. Play off will be played as follows: - third and sixth in the table, after 18 rounds played, will play for third place in the Final Tournament - Final Four, - fourth and fifth in the table, after 18 rounds played, will play for fourth place in the Final Tournament - Final Four. Playing schedule at the Final Four tournament will be determined as follows: First - Fourth (winner between 4-5 from play-off) Second - Third (winner between 3-6 from play-off)

Znači,turnir najboljih ŠEST momčadi. U polufinalu igraju (3-6) protiv 2 i (4-5) protiv 1. Pobjednici finale,poraženi za 3.mjesto.Utakmice za 5.mjesto nema nego se plasman određuje prema međusobnim utakmicama u osnovnom dijelu prvenstva :) :)
