The deadbeats of the Alliance (and that's absolutely how we should be branded) are:
🇭🇷 Croatia - 1.81%
🇵🇹 Portugal - 1.55%
🇮🇹 Italy - 1.49%
🇨🇦 Canada - 1.37%
🇧🇪 Belgium - 1.30%
🇱🇺 Luxembourg - 1.29%
🇸🇮 Slovenia - 1.29%
🇪🇸 Spain - 1.28%
Note that NATO takes a fairly expansive view of what qualifies as defense spending. Things like non-militarized coast guards, military pensions, and spending on peacekeeping efforts are included. Some countries may report civilian intelligence spending as defense too (the US does not). Also reminder, these are just estimates, subject to future revision.
That said, these are still significant increases.
