Nole: Thanks to MY box and all the fans who were supporting me tonight. I know they weren't more than Roddick's, but I'm really happy, playing against Roddick, on his court, in his ambient (?), his favorite city, his favorite tournament, so to win against him is a huge effort.
Barcan: WTF happened in set 3?
Nole: Well, Andy was saying that I have 16 injuries --cut here to parents chanting "Nole" -- well, obviously I don't, right?
Barkan: It didn't look like it.
Nole: Well, okay, yeah. --Nole shrugs-- Like or not, it's like that.
Barkan: Well, this crowd loves you. You can turn them against you real fast.
Nole: Well, they're already against me because they think I'm faking everything so, it's alright. -- crowd starts booing even louder --
Barkan: Oh, no, no one said that. The only one who intimated that was Andy. And Andy said he was kind of joking around. Did that fuel your fire?
Nole: That's not nice anyway. To say that in front of this crowd, that I have 16 injuries and I'm faking. You know, I have nothing against anybody, it's just that the momentum just was not nice.
Barkan: Was that the reason you came out the way you did?
Nole: No, I wasn't thinking about that. I was just trying to get involved in the match, etc.
Barkan: Asks Nole about SF matchup with Fed.
Nole: He's the favorite. Blah blah blah. He's the ex #1, but for him it's a big challenge to get back to the #1 spot.
Barkan: turns to the crowd and tries to get them to give Nole a round of applause as Nole's kind of leaning back with his hands resting on the net. --some cheers, lots of boos, then a cut to Nole's parents again clapping and chanting his name--
Nole: That's okay --
