Taman kad mislis da ne moze biti gore, jos jedna ozljeda za citavu sezonu. i to na treningu. OL pocela funkcionirati i sad ovo. Nije zbog ove sezone nego sto ce obojica rookies propustiti ostatak sezone i time izgubiti dragocjeno iskustvo za iducu godinu. Plus torn ACL nekad znaci i vise nego jedna sezona out. Ne znam mozda je nesto u vodi ili mozda previse morske hrane jedu.
Seattle loses right tackle Carpenter to torn ACL
RENTON, Wash. (AP)—The Seattle Seahawks offensive
line has taken another hit after rookie right tackle James Carpenter(notes) was
lost for the season because of a torn anterior cruciate ligament.
The team confirmed the injury on Thursday morning. Carpenter was taken off
the field during practice on Wednesday after suffering the injury and had an MRI
on Wednesday night.
The Seahawks’ first-round pick out of Alabama, Carpenter had started all nine
games at right tackle and had improved through the season. His is the second
major injury on the Seahawks offensive line this week. Rookie right guard John
Moffitt(notes) was
lost for the season to torn ligaments in his right knee during last Sunday’s win
over Baltimore.
